Separation between HQ and floor staff. Communication is all over the place Being watched and creeped on consistently!! Probably the most uncomfortable part. Cameras are connected to several people in HQ phone, which they watch you on your shift when they aren’t even in the building and listen to your conversations and then will try to bring up what you’ve said in a manner of they “overheard in passing” “someone brought it to my attention” to cover themselves. Also, the founder like to walk passed the store and snap pictures of you without you even knowing. Great “Wellness” facade I’ll give them that :) turn over rate is at least 95%.. speaks volume.
