The store itself is aesthetically pleasing. It is a very calm and zen environment with meditation music and dim lighting. The majority of the employees are very nice and down to earth and most customer interactions are pleasant.

The company is very unorganized. It's a start-up and there is clearly a lot of confusion and miscommunication between management. It trickles down to the rest of the employees. For a company that promotes natural and holistic health/wellness, a lot of the higher-ups are very passive-aggressive, condescending, and just rude. Not to mention the fact that they don't make real efforts to genuinely get to know and connect with the people working for them. It seems really nice at first, but after working there for a while you start to realize that this is just another retail company.
