Micromanaging to death. Nickel and dimed on pay. Bonus checks frequently short on incentive $ earned. No handtrucks. Credit department is the strictest in the business. Doesn't understand sales, and works against the sales team. Emails in the morning , meetings to go over emails we just received. Frequently sends out close to code or out of code product. Ownership constantly finds ways to take $ from employees. Last wholesaler to drag sales force in three days a week regardless of holiday schedule. Every department works as a separate department and plots against each other rather than working as one whole unified team. Micromanaged, micromanaged, micromanaged. No longer is looking to make customer service a priority, rather takes the old Dichello attitude; "you need us". Micromanaged Charges you overages for phone use even though the company isn't over their data plan.
