Some time has limitation on budget and require lot of traditional approach to escalate career. No specific career path for engineering/ geoscience specialist guys which make hard to achieve expected position

- world largest single geothermal turbines (was 1 unit, now 2, 4 to be foreseen) - open working environment, also literally

- quite isolated from normal urban life, i.e. cities - climate condition might not be usual for some people
