Flexible and very good people

No room for growth and no increase of pay

- a lot of trust is handed to the employees, if you are proactive and a self-starter you may do very well here. - autonomy, well at least with the CEO - if you like places that are quiet and lets you focus on your task and get the job done, this place is great for that - CEO has an eye for, respects, and an appreciation for design

- at the time, the company was going through growing pains and sometimes the environment became stressful due to sudden and silent layoffs without any warning (i'm sure things have improved since then, the CEO listens to feedback) - some of the technical leads had little respect for designers and was at times patronizing, if not downright condescending
