This may sound like I'm glossing over things, but there really aren't any major cons compared to other companies. Like all things, you'll get out of what you put into it, and if your style is to only put minimum effort in what you do, this probably won't be a good fit for you. In the department I belong, you should be fast because the task is time sensitive and revenue-generating. It's a challenge that comes with growth and I'm happy to be part of the company.
