If you point this out, the boss gets angry and may target you daily. Feedback is not accepted at all. - The boss and management constantly push the use of AI despite lacking basic technical knowledge and not understanding how AI works. - Middle management seems more focused on looking good in front of the boss than doing meaningful work, even though much of their workload appears to be just sending emails.
