      Most of your co-workers feel like family A good majority of the customers are awesome.

      The owners are not that involved. Paychecks have bounced before. They are very biased. The company has been known to fight to not give you your benefits. They have fired people so they can't give them benefits. There is a lot of drama with in the company.
