Opportunities to travel and interact with super talented people across the country. Super casual work environment, work from home Fridays, etc.

Standard small business limitations. Lower pay but more experience. Start-up vibe definitely isn't for everyone. The job is what you make of it. There are tons of opportunities to grow and learn if you take them.
