This is by far the best work experience I've ever had. There are clear expectations for every role's output, and detailed processes are in place to support everyone's success. Management does a fantastic job of inspiring their reports and holding everyone accountable. The team is growing fast, but the founders and executives take the time to check in with everyone and make sure their personal goals fit within the broader company goals. They have also been very thoughtful to make sure that everyone has a track within the company for personal growth. There is transparency to broader company objectives and milestones. All hires are very passionate about what we are working on, which gives the team the added fuel and grit to tackle the challenges around housing development.
