This equaled 2.5% over 2 years. Mondays are mandatory, and three times a week is a total joke. They are convinced it has increased efficiency, but this is a lie they tell themselves. There are no snacks on Fridays... and yes, people ARE in the office Pay is dismal and role promotions are rare
