Better than average pay. Little experience necessary. A good place to work for the summer or if you're a college student. Nice discount on products.

Different stores run on different schedules which makes switching locations as needed a challenge. During the busy season the company often over hires and once business slows down, people's hours get drastically cut. There is a lack of uniformity from store to store based on who is managing. Reviews and promotions are few and far between. Small company and few stores so moving up isn't really an option.

Good life/work balance. Pay wasn't great but it was better than I was used to at the time. Fun work environment. Short shifts.

Questionable practices. Management was all over the place. I'm not sure Lifeway really cared all that much about Starfruit - potentially Starfruit was just a marketing scheme for Kefir.
