Gruelingly repetitive and somewhat meaningless work. To me this is another company hungry for money that strives on cheap labour. No skills or experience is necessary to work there unless you are a forklift driver. The majority of the workers are Polish. The worksite itself is headache level loud. The tools provided is limited and unreliable They do not care how you do your job as long as it is done right. The pay is the same no matter the position except for warehouse workers. There is no point climbing a career ladder only chasing annual targets for marginal bonus Clocking out requires crowdsurfing and alot of patience just to use the biometrics system most of the time you will be waiting 10mins in a box space where personal space is rare The Lineleaders in black jackets appear to lack empathy and have ego issues. The conduct of modest clothing does not exist even for the lineleaders.
