Getting to work with every level of the organization and being close to the work. Easy to connect with VPs and tight knit. You can be honest and they’re flexible with the work schedule. Everyone is rooting for the best in each other and the work. Management actively tries to support the team when we voice concerns.

Hard to find time for development and training. Conversations around salary is difficult to have and not routinely brought up (even for standard cost of living adjustments).
