Vantaggi
I worked here as a mid level and appreciated their use of Agile methodology, tasks are clearly defined daily. Free lunch Wednesdays, convenient location on Las Olas and that's pretty much it. I got no bonus worth mentioning at the end of the year, but overall was pleased with my income. My reviews were positive and helpful & I got along with managers and they do try to be open to new ideas.
Svantaggi
I agree with the other reviews, there is an open shame culture, people are managed by fear and there is high employee turnover. This makes it hard to make friends and people are generally unhappy and complain a lot. For a company owned and managed by women, they offered zero benefits for maternity leave when I started, all the women I worked with who got pregnant had to quit. Even if they have worked out those benefits, huge red flag. Their use of Agile is very rigid compared to past jobs I have had, with little to no added value, almost just for bragging rights. There is a lot of using decades old files and reskinning them to sell to clients instead of coming up with something actually new and effective, the timelines probably force this so it's where the account team and leadership fails, but it makes work very basic and bad for my career.
