- A great place and environment if you want to experience the pros of a small business with 25 + employees. Many opportunities to wear multiple hats and responsibilities that you would not normally get to work on versus being at a large enterprise or corporate workplace. - Meaningful work I found personally, where the things you are driving really do make impacts, so you can see the true impact of your work with the results that you are accountable for - Fun culture with great personalities in general that really care. Both partners at Starshot are truly decent good people, with strong values.

- Because they are small business, don't expect any fun crazy perks here. They are not no google or facebook throwing free food and dry cleaning services. But that's okay there are other rewards and perks on different scales - Tends to lack consistency in management practices. i.e. Reviews can take a while if Managers are very busy and perhaps heads down servicing clients. - They are very flat, so not much room to move up the 'latter' if that is the kind of career trajectory you're planning on.
