I don't even know where to start - First and foremost, interns OUTNUMBER staff by 5:1 - As an intern, you will be bombarded with tasks and instructions without any training. - The supervisors don't do their job of overseeing and training you. They just expect results and it never ends. - Unprofessional coworkers. - Division of labor is not fair at all, some are overworked and some are underworked (if they are lucky) - Managers do not care about intern opinions

Not so much in salary & benefit. The workload is too much, for the salary is so much less than UMR. The ratio between Intern and Employee is so much worse (more than 30% with ratio of 35:10 (Intern: Employee)
