Your constantly micromanaged, even though KPIs and systems are barely a thing. And if you do show initiative in doing your job well, you may get recognized publicly through a company wide shoutout but don’t be fooled in thinking that means you’ll be compensated fairly. Their human capital management program is poor at best as they have been promising to implement it company wide for over 3 years and no one even gives or knows how to do performance reviews.

Turnover has caused massive amounts of additional work piled on those who are still there. Constantly hiring, not because of growth, but to replace people who have left. No raises without threatening to quit. Micromanaging VPs and C-Suite execs. HR is unhelpful and does not pay out accrued PTO upon resignation as stated in company handbook. Benefits are expensive and not great.
