A very friendly place to work. Everyone was like family. Overall, everyone worked well together.

Friendly people, good work/life balance.

CEO cannot manage a company and blames the companies poor performance, lose of customers and good employees on everything other than his lack of leadership skills. Accountability is a huge problem, as in the company does not hold anyone accountable. Rather than fix the lack of management skills, the company sends all employees to an accountability training program so we can hold ourselves accountable. Senior management tried to deal with the CEO, but gave up and do things his way, after all he is the boss. The company is having major financial problems and they know what needs to be done to fix the problems, but they don't have the skills to do it. It would also help if we did not manage by who is one of the favorite people.
