EASY to be hired. They basically ask about your availability and basic interview questions like "Tell me some of your strengths," and then you have the job. There is one drug test prior to an official job offer. Pay is decent for the area, facility is newer.
Svantaggi
There is NO flexibility with scheduling. If you can't work the shift they give you, it's goodbye. And they'll fire you if you get sick or log out to go to the restroom. They do NOT appreciate their employees. You are literally a number to them and very replaceable. No real opportunities for advancement, those positions are reserved for management favorites.
