Working at Stash has been a great opportunity. The company has grown a lot, but the culture of positivity has stayed consistent. Everyone is friendly and great to be around, great perks and fun events. The mission is also something they take seriously, and I feel good about being a part of helping others and improving customers' lives.

We preach mission driven, but overlook holes in product strategy that would truly benefit our users, in favor of quick fixes. Many things customers have complained about for years go unfixed. If you aren't able to measure an idea with numbers, it will likely never get attention. As a result, the "hard stuff" and conceptual ideas don't get the attention that they deserve. This makes me worry about our competitive edge and strategy as a whole.
