The management structure truly embraces the worker to provide the best underwriting support, management officers truly care about your success, and co-workers can be life-long friends. Relational structure seems to be the fiber of State Farm's strength.

Svantaggi

The company is slow to change, has considerably old technology, and assumes you are motivated enough to succeed on your own. The billing department (called SFPP) seems to have a very backwards mentality about how their operations should be handled. Claims has a tendency to have spotty performance issues, resulting in client expectations not being met.
