-401k match is terrible. Company only matches fixed amount 800~1000 dollars every year. -This company has a terrible idea to keep talents. If you fail entering the company with the right salary, the person with less experience could be making more than you. Another software developer who was hired just out of college was making 10k more than me while I had 3 years of experience in this industry. I felt like HR just roll dice each time they decide how much salary to give to new hires. Almost nobody got promoted in the whole floor for past 2 years. This factor and the salary unfairness demotivate many young people. Many people are planning on leaving within few months. -Raise(without promotion) is about 2.5~3.5% every year. This is essentially same amount as the inflation rate. -Promotion is 7.5%, -Company is restructuring, so if you are on a wrong project, job security possibly not be guaranteed. -Relaxed means less learning if you are seeking for cutting-edge technology to learn.
