PTO bank has to cover all absences - vacation, sick, personal, etc. Actually getting to take any of the time in your PTO bank is another story- time off requests denied more often than approved. Upper Management completely out of touch or simply doesn’t care that morale is at an all time low; yet, announce absurd new goals & metrics almost monthly. Computer system & programs often crash- Monthly Barometer Survey with the same 10 questions - I guess they just ignore the answers each Month because it’s only getting worse!
