if you are in a good team in a good time, you have possibilities for promotion, even some trainings abroad or participating in transition of processes from Krakow office to Inida for example. If you are in a bad team, not growing and not sending for trainings then you are stucked there for ever. BUt comming back to pros - good benefits, medical insurance

Not very supportoive management, especially in luxembourg departament. They will rather leave you where you are, not allowing you for promotion or movement to another deartament that letting you go. All they can do is to think about their own good, so you can forget about your own development. They will over use junior reviewer roles so they have you already checking the funds and doing much more work than A1 but they will not pay you more for that and not promote you to A2 role for a long time.
