      Steampunk has a great vibe and fresh feel. The design studio is amazing. Our leaders are easy to talk to and want their employees to grow and experience roles that best suit them. I do feel a WE over ME culture here and appreciate the apparent "team work", at all levels.

      WE are growing so fast, with that comes growing pains like everywhere else, but it gets addressed quickly. Open and constant communication is big at Steampunk. We as managers and leaders are encouraged to have constant touchpoints with our teams.

      Steampunk seems to put a major emphasis on hiring good people, and good work stems in part from that philosophy. The company culture is very supportive and inclusive, and remote work helps with the flexibility that life requires.

      The only con I can think of is that you only get 2 weeks of PTO plus federal holidays, which goes fast.

      Dependent on funded projects. I worked here 3 years and my contract ended and wasn’t guaranteed anywhere to transition to after. Everything is dependent on funding. Unfortunately there’s no job security
