There are growth opportunites if you Dont have any mind of your own and can work in the confines of a tightly controlled corporate structure keep your head down and do your job you will go far. too many managers with no backbone if they dont like you they will sneak around behind your back and tell on you like children. There are very few extremely smart people in the company at least were it counts anyway and I worked with a lot of managers at a lot of different locations. I got overloaded with work. My workload was crazy high for what little pay I made. The company is way to corporate for me. If your an engineer that has any programming or operational technology experience forget about using it there the IT department has a draconian structure everything is on lock down you cant even change the timer on your screen saver everything is so gridlocked with security you have to put in a help desk ticket just open the calculator. There heart is in the rightplace with safety but practically They have become unpractical with implementation and have managers so scared they cant breath. They are actually creating hazards while trying to mitigate risk. if you have any type of significant health issue that requires the use of certain medications under a doctors care avoid this company they will not accomodate you even if you have a lot to offer the company in return. They hide behind all the fine print disclaimers you sign when you join the company. The HR department and legal department work close together to discipline or terminate.
