So many. Micromanagement is the term here. Never seen such a bad case of micromanagement. The CEO has no experience on having a lower job because of her financial status, therefore, has no ability to understand where others stand. She is always right, you are always wrong. That's it. No matter how experienced you are. Everything you do will be categorized as insufficient or bad and changed, for the worse, by the CEO. CEO can't let go old habits and is completely closed for changed and improvement. The company is slowly sinking and it will continue because of that. Workers are always under pressure and fear. There are no benefits, salaries are low compared to any other place and you are under constant stress. As soon as you get in, you get to know lots of cases of people leaving just because of the stress and work-life quality.

The position was intellectually stimulating, with a focus on new and innovative technologies such as Augmented, Virtual, and Mixed Reality. I always felt a high level of trust in Stereoscape to manage their responsibilities and contribute effectively.

Worked in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where business priorities and goals often shifted. This required adaptability and the ability to manage stress effectively
