Rapidly decreasing benefits offered, communication is non-existent between drivers, customers, management...literally there is no communication from any area of the company to the other. Multiple safety issues that continuously go ignored until you have an accident despite alerting them and then they terminate you. Some PPE not even supplied to some locations..going on for years! Former supervisor committed over $250,000 in fraud against them ordering supplies for his personal side business and using company labor for his business and the company knew about it and did NOTHING. Customers overcharged up to $450 for ONE BOX of medical waste picked up a month vs other customers down the road who pay $50 a month. One case a hospital was being charged only 17 CENTS a container for their medical waste, proving whoever runs the pricing structure is totally incompetent for just giving away services. Company has also burned through all of its cash on hand....NOT a good sign! Hazmat division is a total waste with very underpaid drivers and they have tried all year to sell it to anyone and nobody is buying it.
