      Really struggling to think of any, some nice people and mild sense of comradery when they aren't slating your accent.

      During my time there and not being Yorkshire, my accent and where I am from was constantly slated under the guise it's just a joke. This has now been cemented as endemic culture as I have seen on Facebook a manager publicly being derogatory. Ironically, due to the abysmal wages you can only really afford to work there if you live locally and still with family.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
