Really felt the benefits of working with a big group. Every day is a new learning experience. At times, stress level goes high, but you learn a lot and will do well in your subsequent careers. If you justify your work on time, you get quick salary growth easily. Management acts very quickly if you have raised any issue. Good and Safe environment for women employee.

There is a shortage of marketing collateral always. HR is very slow

Good Managers, very supportive they are. Proper induction and training on joining. Gives enough time for you to settle and start working when you join. Proper management of data and references for people who join new. Steady growth if you continue with the expected performance level for more than a year.
