When I started at Sterling I was blown away. The way you are treated from the get go is not like any other work place I myself have been in. You receive consistent support from all areas, management, trainers and even fellow colleagues. Management are very friendly and helpful, always feel as though I can approach senior management. The training Sterling offer is absolutely amazing. The flexitime aspect of course is also a massive pro, they give you the freedom to choose when you work which is not like any other workplace i've heard of. There are so many benefits to working for Sterling Insurance and I highly recommend them. I feel a lot happier within my working life since being with Sterling as the work/life balance is just incredible.
