Toxic work environment - Recensione dipendente - Designer presso Steven Madden

The work environment was toxic. Everybody was out to get you. We were worked to the bone and not compensated appropriately. Everybody was looking to throw their coworkers under the bus. The designers were good but the employees, in general, were not the brightest or well educated.
