So it is very hard to see anyone who looks like you in leadership, in fact there are only two black men at senior level management. The company is very white and very jewish. While they are setting up initiatives to boost diversity, there is still a disconnect in promoting and and investing in the Black talent that exists, internally at the same rate of the white counterparts.
