Corporate sucks. They don't care about what their associates have to say about things happening in the store and will go as far as to say that they are out of place. Won't believe what the majority of of the staff has to say. I would never suggest working at Steve Madden to anyone. There is ABSOLUTELY NO work and life balance. They handle things very unprofessionally and shady.
