There are some good staff - although most move to greener pastures.
Svantaggi
The leadership has some significant and serious problems.
These problems directly stem from the head of the beast. The board and executive expect to be spoon fed all details; rather than investing in superior technology that would allow fingertip access to all information and statistics the 'old guard' in the company continue to support an archaic and out dated system and expect middle management to spend up to one full day a week in meetings to support this. This directly hampers productivity and bottomline results. Not to mention the amount of time required to amass and collate the expected reports.
It is a leadership style more akin to Louis XIV and has no real place in the modern business world.
Too many old school staff collected over the years and promoted well above their competency level - newer, better qualified staff leave (usually a choice by the newer staff once they discover the leadership style) or are removed once they outshine their superiors.
A thin veneer of lip service and token gestures are a facade over a rotten culture verging on bullying that has no place in the 21st century.
