This place was okay to work before it went public, since then its been a steady decline. Upper management quitting, and then hiring/promoting unqualified employees in their stead. the best I can say about it currently is that they have a lot of snacks.

unsupportive management no opportunity of advancement high turn over rate- people quitting and getting fired equally unrealistic expectations of agents under qualified leads and supervisors ridiculous weekly 1:1 "meetings" that have no outcome or purpose

Unfortunately, the business just hasn't been as stable as it used to be. Leadership is always changing something and there isn't as much transparency about those decisions as there once was.
