Oh, where to begin. This job is SO BORING. There is no break from the repetitive motions of styling client after client, 4.25 clients per hour to be exact. They treat us like workhorses and don't care about us. They are constantly trying to decrease the amount of time we have to style each client, while client complaints continue to increase that not enough time is spent on understanding their style. Clients give feedback, and some have 60+ Fixes, which I can't read all of it, and then they complain that it feels like stylists aren't reading their feedback. Ding ding ding, you are correct!!! The clothes are poorly made crap that they charge ridiculous prices for. New inventory is far and few in-between. It's always the same stripe tops from seasons past. I WOULD NOT use this service if I were a client. Take your money elsewhere. I thought there would be much more creativity and options to help solve problems within the company from a tech standpoint, but they only pay us to spend 14 minutes or less on each client, so why would I feel incentivized to chat online? It's lonely working from home/super boring. After one hour, I want to rip my hair out. I have the option to work more hours up to 29, but thinking about that prospect is my personal hell. If you need variety in your work like me, LOOK ELSEWHERE. No benefits, very little sick time. No room for growth. You don't even get paid to pee, have to clock out to do anything else like peeing. So a 5-hour workday takes 8+ hours.
