Morale was very low within the company as the employees felt under appreciated and not respected from the owner. It got so bad that some new hires and employees ghosted, meaning, one didn't come back after the holidays and one just went to lunch and never came back. Very low pay with no raises unless you fight for it and instead of offering raises for staff that were already their, they hire new people and offer them higher pay. There is commission but they didn't pay me until almost a year later until one of the managers mentioned it, they would have kept it from me if said manager didn't push for it. Negotiated a raise before i left on holiday and then the owner claimed to have forgotten and had me explain why I deserved it again and tried to offer me less than what was agreed upon.
