I am fairly new to the company, but I did want to take a moment to discuss my recruiting process. I went through a series of interviews and a training tryout. My recruiter Jessica was fantastic! She was extremely pleasant and on top of everything throughout the process. She also did a great job with the handoff from initial recruiting to onboarding. I hear many horror stories about recruiting, but I can say that everyone I interviewed with made me feel fairly comfortable.

I am still within my first week, so I don't have many complaints. However, I will say that the amount of interviews for this particular role seemed to be a bit much. I believe I completed five interviews in total outside of my actual training presentation . Also, the level of pay is not as competitive as it should be for a newer company where you may be working with less resources and doing more leg work. For instance, there is no Instructional Design team, so you are essentially an Instructional Designer and a Trainer, but only compensated a base salary as a trainer.
