Leadership with no Experience - Recensione dipendente - Human Resources Manager presso StockX

The leadership at this company is unstable at best, esp in Operations. No one values data, so the meetings are a constant waste of time of leadership spinning wheels, talking in circles, etc. In the year I was there, I've seen strategies cut, old strategies re-implemented, retraction of benefit policies (unlimited PTO), etc. It's a circus with low pay.
