- Somewhat silo'ed between certain departments/locations, but breaking down every day so improving! - Being a smaller global organisation career progression is not always as set in stone as it can be compared to larger organisations (Relocation/travel is nearly a certain to enable you to advance)

Great product, customers really like us. Main offices in a nice space in Stamford, hybrid work. Learning a lot and exposure to lots of parts of the business. Many new people are joining, good energy. Get to work with people in Europe and the North America.

Svantaggi

Growing pains, need to work on communication. No HR in the offices so need to work with global teams. Management puts pressure to grow fast.
