Beautiful offices with very friendly and staff. It feels like family even though I have been here for less than a year. Upper management is committed to get things done and are very focus on attracting the right talent to get the company to the next level. It has great technology and the company is invested in providing the needed support for R&D . Since bureaucracy is minimal things happens quickly.

As with any company, at times you have some conflicts between departments , but they usually get resolved easily. There still some processes that need to be optimized so everyone is aligned with the company objective. Also improving the ERP system so processes run smoothly.

The number one rule was keep your head down and do what you're told - don't question Stoller or his shady consultant friends or else nor try to learn how the product is performing; little did we know this is because they didn't want anybody to know the challenges or failures that the product as a system was experiencing... Stoller and consultants were overly optimistic about the state of the system, but had no sense of the reality of their products. There were way too many that overlapped and made no sense. The company has absolutely no structure. Stoller touts the greatness of his "Christian" charities and how the world is out to get him yet his company was just sued for 45 million for less than ethical business dealings which is par for the course. Little did we know we were just drinking the cool-aid. This is what you get when you hire your consultant yes-men and product management is run like a fraternity. Despite doing some of our best work as sales reps and believing in the product, many of us are doomed to be associated with this con-job for the rest of our careers...
