The Logistics industry is a demanding field, Stonearch does its best to make sure employees feel involved and are having fun with team outings and opportunities to know coworkers outside the office.

Not many, the owner who pretends to be the manager, is more interested in his 2 hour workouts over lunch than he is about growing his business. If you have any great ideas on sales techniques, booking business and establishing customer relationships, don't bring them to management as they will look down on you.

Unorganized leadership, rude dispatchers who think that they know everything there is about booking freight and very little direction. They hire some "outside consultant" to provide you with Sales Training and that individual could care less about how well you actually do. There is very little structure and the Sales Manager is a lazy, over-weight, loser who thinks he is better than you. It's surprising that they actually have business because the customer service shown here is some of the worst in the industry...

This is obviously a response written by a disgruntled EX- employee. StoneArch actually has some of the best customer service in the industry - that is one of the key assets that sets it apart from its competition. They have grown at a rate of 18 % per year and just had its two best months (May & June 2014) from a volume and customer satisfaction stand point, since its inception in 2006. It is a great company to work for with fabulous perks.
