      Flexible schedule. Got to travel.

      Women have no future with this company. It is a good old boys club. They do not get promoted even when they have been there for years and have the same licenses as men. Very unprofessional especially with offset events. Drinking in the office. AWFUL place to work.

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
