Good experience for an entry level administrative personnel. The CAM we worked under was very communicative and willing to offer advice and help when needed. The work was often engaging and gave very good real-world experience for the ins and outs of publication-based marketing and putting together a cohesive product with a team.

Very poor pay, expect you to obtain advertising and manage a budget without any commission or bonus incentive. Disconnect between management company's employees and the association employees. The association employees are treated like second class citizens compared to the CAMs and employees of Leland Management.
