The MD is truly a terrible person who has zero regards for anyone. The nicknames her managers have for her are correct and she would rather protect her horrible staff than do the right thing. I hope decent people stay away from this role as it is not a job for them, but even if you took the job you’d probably not stay for longer than 6 months like everyone else.
