      No recognition of hard work No support when under-staffed New bosses constantly, had 5 bosses in 3 years Job changes every time you get new Regional Leader Don't pay what you're worth Don't care about losing high performing employees Regional leader will take your suggestions to improve and pass them along as their ideas Promotions are all political based Don't pay a livable wage for the area
