Company is OK - Recensione dipendente - Qs coordinator presso Stork

Having a disability will make it much harder to work there. They pay great lip service to being disability inclusive but they do not understand the complex issue of multiple disabilities and how they can/ do interact to make everything more difficult. Department dependant but the one I worked in was massively understaffed and was not understood by the wider company- we also had to cover Christmas and New Year without additional pay only getting the day back at some point. Due to department being so busy it is hard to hit yearly target which is what salary increase is based on.
