Useless middle management. Org chart does not make any sense. Employees assigned managers merely to tick a box and nothing else. Managers do not support in tasks or personal development. Nearly 100% turnover in one finance department within a year due to poor hiring decisions and unwillingness to rectify middle management and working environment issues. Managers do not recognize their responsibility to make decisions and lead their teams. Team members are expected to be decision makers and blame is averted from management when things inevitably fail. Corporate sets goals and makes no effort to pursue them. Upper/Middle management does not translate these goals into actionable tasks to delegate onwards to team members to be able to deliver milestones. When corporate realizes they are not meeting goals, they change the metrics.
